                                                             Maina Kumari

11 September 1857 was the day when a thirteen-year-old girl tied to a tree in #Bithur was handed over to fire by the British army alive, the girl burning with smoke did not even speak oops and turned into burning ashes like a living corpse.

This girl was the adopted daughter of #Nana_Sahab_Peshawa whose name was #Maina_Kumari who was burnt alive by a British officer named Outram 160 years ago.
The one who refused to go with his father during the 1857 revolution so that his father would not face any problem in service to the country thought it appropriate to stay in the palace of Bithur.
The British government had announced a prize on #Nana_Sahab and as soon as he learned that #Nana_sahab is outside the palace the British government surrounded the palace, where they got only #Maina_Kumari along with some soldiers.
#Maina_Kumari hid in the secret places of the palace after seeing British soldiers, seeing this, British officer Outram ordered the palace to fly with a cannon and doing so, he left some of his soldiers there.
At night, when #Maina thought that everyone had gone and she came out, two soldiers caught her and then presented her in front of Outrum. First Outrum tied #Maina to a tree, then #Maina about #Nana_Sahab and the secret of #Revolution Wanted to know the information but didn't open mouth to it.
Even Outram threatened to burn #Maina_Kumari alive, but she said "She is the daughter of a revolutionary, she is not afraid of death" Seeing this, Outeram was shocked and she ordered #Maina _Kumari to burn alive, even on this #Maina Kumari fire without resistance I burned so that the torch of revolution never extinguishes.
No matter what the "Without Khadga No Shield" gang or the cunning leftist writers write, but our freedom is the result of the sacrifices of countless #revolutionaries and #brioons like these and their stories should reach the next generation.
They should reach every grateful Indian.
Today, in the name of the same hero, the road going from *Kanpur Nagar* to the city of Peshwa *Bithur* is called "Mainawati Marg".
Hundreds of salutes to this great child hero. |
